- To promote understanding and respect for all through a rich, diverse and representative curriculum and range of experiences both in and beyond the school, ensuring that all pupils, staff, parents and visitors feel valued and included
- To ensure that all pupils with special educational needs and disabilities have equal access to, and actively participate in, the full range of extra-curricular and enrichment activities, with appropriate support and reasonable adjustments in place to reduce barriers to their involvement.
- To increase the level and quality of engagement with all parents and carers, by providing accessible, inclusive and culturally sensitive communication and support that enables all families to participate fully in their child's education and school life.
- To narrow the attainment gap between all groups of pupils in reading, writing and maths by the end of KS1; especially boys and girls, pupils eligible for free-school meals, pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, looked after children, pupils from Service families and pupils from different heritage groups
